He leads business development and project delivery, working closely with clients, design teams, vendors and site engineers to ensure commitments are met without compromising on quality or safety. From initial enquiry and proposal, to contract closure and execution, Vineeth’s ownership ensures clarity, transparency and responsiveness at every step.

With over a decade of experience across biotechnology, seeds and bio-fertiliser businesses, Nikshep brings a sharp entrepreneurial and systems-driven mindset to the organisation. Having scaled and managed multiple ventures, he understands how to build businesses that are operationally robust, financially disciplined and ready for long-term growth.

Eshwar brings comprehensive experience across the full PEB project lifecycle like detailing, fabrication, dispatch, and site erection. His background working directly with fabrication shops and erection teams gives him a unique perspective on both technical requirements and ground-level execution challenges.
As PEB Coordinator, Eshwar is the operational backbone connecting our design office, production vendors, and project sites. He tracks drawing approvals, material availability, shop schedules, quality checks, and logistics with precision ensuring seamless material flow and zero site delays. His structured follow-up system, clear communication, and attention to detail prevent mismatches, eliminate bottlenecks, and keep projects on track. By identifying and resolving potential issues proactively, he adds measurable value to every project reducing downtime, minimizing rework, and ensuring smooth handovers.

Ningappa brings rich experience in structural design for PEB and RCC buildings, having worked on a wide portfolio of industrial, commercial, and warehousing projects. His expertise spans concept planning, connection design, steel tonnage optimization, and seamless coordination with architects and MEP consultants.
Known for his meticulous approach, he ensures that every drawing issued to site is not only structurally sound but also practical to fabricate and erect. His design philosophy centres on buildability, bridging the gap between theoretical calculations and real-world construction challenges.
Under his leadership, the design team focuses on three key pillars: buildability, cost-efficiency, and compliance with IS codes and international standards. As Design Head, Ningappa acts as the critical bridge between design and execution integrating client requirements, site realities, and long-term performance into elegant, efficient solutions that save time, material, and money.

With over three decades of experience in industrial construction and pre-engineered buildings, R. Kumar anchors the technical vision of our organization. An alumnus of IIT Roorkee, he has led end-to-end delivery of factories, warehouses, and commercial developments across India for marquee clients including Jindal Group, Mahindra & Mahindra, Britannia, PepsiCo, Supreme Industries, Varroc Polymers, and Atlas Copco.
His core strengths lie in value engineering, quality systems, and building robust processes that minimize rework and delays. Kumar ensures that every project meets strict structural, safety, and serviceability standards while remaining commercially viable for the client.
At our organization, he mentors the engineering and project teams, sets technical benchmarks, and drives adoption of best practices and new technologies. His calm problem-solving approach and deep field experience ensure that even complex projects move forward with clarity and confidence.
